We had the most very nice stay at this hotel on top of the mountains. The location was amazing, with amazing views of the surrounding peaks and glaciers. The hotel facilities were great, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and cute, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. it was a fantastic experience.

Great staff, prosecco and special table for anniversary. Amazing location with wonderful views. Delicious dinner with perfect wine. Comfortable bed, though sleep was not restful. Free and reliable wifi.

We had a amazing view of the Matterhorn from our room. The sunrise was fine! The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lift, allowing me to easily access the slopes. The main restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with delicious meals, and the staff were always polite and friendly. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with modern amenities. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The breakfast spread was plentiful and satisfying. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains. The facilities were well-maintained and the room had some advantages like a comfortable bed and ample storage space.
The remote location, making it a bit inconvenient to travel down the mountain to find a nice restaurant.

The hotel had amazing views of Matterhorn and Monte Rosa. The staff were nice and polite. The cleanliness of the room was top class. The hotel rates included dinner and breakfast, with very good food. The hotel was well-appointed and had a rustic motif. The gift shops had a variety of items. The views of the mountains surrounding the Zermatt valley were amazing.
There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel offers a unique experience like no other. Situated at the top of a mountain, the location is simply breathtaking. The rooms provide a fantastic view of the surrounding scenery, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast, served with an astonishing view of the Matterhorn, is truly memorable.

The location of the hotel was amazing, with fine views of the mountain peaks. The close-up view of the famous Matterhorn was awe-inspiring. Another plus point was the delicious dinner options, especially the slipper lobster dish which was excellent. The creative and excellent desserts were also a good surprise.
